Skill that increases as you lead a party of fellow adventurers. Higher skill levels raise STR, INT and your party's ATK and DEF.
You can have your pets follow you or if you have a high enough relationship with a villager you can invite them to go adventuring with you too, which raises this skill.
I have read that winning festivals also raises your Leadership skill.
